Bower House Inn is situated in one of the most beautiful valleys in the Lake District. It is surrounded by its own quiet gardens and outstanding views over the adjacent fells. The Inn itself has been trading since the mid 1700's. We pride ourselves on the friendliness of our staff, fine wines, real ales, and our famous food, enhanced by the unique atmosphere and character of the Inn.We are fully registered to provide your wedding service. The Barn Room will cater for up to 75 persons. It has its own catering facilities, a dance floor and we can supply music to suit any occaision and your particular taste.For larger parties of up to 140 guests, a marquee can be arranged in the gardens. Of course we cannot guarantee the weather, however, in these natural surroundings we assure you your day will be a memorable one.Planning your special day can be quite a daunting task.
